1992 Suntracker 30' Party Hut Pontoon Boat Beautiful in Pierre, SD

This is a beautiful 1992 Suntracker 30 ft. Party Hut. It is very clean and runs excellent! Equipped with a 100hp Evinrude motor....very reliable! Starts right up every time! Has power tilt and trim....it works perfect, too. This boat is in amazing condition....not a single dent or ding anywhere on it. About the only flaws on the exterior is some minor chips in the decals. Hardly noticeable. The interior is nearly perfect as well. The vinyl seats are soft and supple....no rips, tears, dings, burns, cracks, splits, etc. They are perfect. The carpet is very nice...no signs of wear anywhere. A little fading, and could use a cleaning, but thats it. All in all, this is a very clean, well cared for boat. And very well equipped....There is a kitchen with propane stove, sink with manual pressure water, reefer, and plenty of storage. Across from the kitchen is an enclosed bathroom/changing room with Porta-Potti. There are 3 beds that sleep 6 in comfort....the bench seats in front fold out into a very nice King Size bed, There is another bed in the very back that sleeps 2 more adults. And the dinette converts to a bed that sleeps 2 children. There is also lots of room on the Upper Sun Deck for sleeping bags, etc. This is a great boat for week-end camping or extended trips around the lakes. It is our "go to" boat for family fun!This is such a great boat! And it offers something for everyone. Our teen-age kids and their friends usually claim the upper deck....they can play their music and do whatever else they do up there....I don't even want to know what that might be. And us "oldsters"....as they call us, enjoy our "downstairs". We read and relax, sunbathe, fish, and BBQ. There is a built in stereo with speakers throughout the boat, and plenty of room to do just about anything we want to do. Such a relaxing way to spend time on the lake!! And for fun, we join the kids and do "cannonballs" off the sundeck. Really a fun boat! During the week, when the kids are gone....we can often be found spending the night in a quiet cove....enjoying a romantic, candlelight dinner. Wake up in the morning to the smell of fresh coffee, and a morning swim......it's just downright hard to beat!!!There are numerous other things I should mention: A Garmin 340 Fishfinder, 4 110V outlets that can be used when in the marina, a custom boarding ladder, BBQ with built-in stand, etc. Also an extra table with stand for the 2 bench seats in front. There are life jackets, anchor, paddle, etc. Like I said, this is a very well equipped boat. It also includes a very nice Tracker tandem-axle trailer with surge brakes.
